1. Service Agreement
These terms govern your access to the Agentic Clarity white-label software hub and associated AI capabilities provided by Plumb Computers Ltd (Company No. 04522027). By subscribing to any plan (Hub, Conversation, or Voice & Agents) or signing an order schedule, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Platform subscriptions are billed in British Pounds (£ ex VAT) in advance on either a monthly or 12-month annual commitment term. Setup fees are charged once upon contract initiation to cover domain DKIM/DMARC authentication, UK carrier allocation, and initial workflow configuration.
3. Usage Billing
SMS, phone minutes, dedicated UK numbers and AI token usage are billed separately, at rates agreed before go-live.
4. Acceptable Use & AI Guardrails
Clients must not use the platform for unlawful marketing, unsolicited spam under UK PECR regulations, or deceptive automated representations. We program deterministic guardrails to prevent harmful or inaccurate AI output; however, the client remains responsible for approving company knowledge base material.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under or in connection with them.
