3. AI Data Processing & Strict Boundaries
We process data strictly in accordance with UK GDPR. Our AI modules (including Conversation AI and Voice AI) operate on isolated customer knowledge bases. Client business data is never transferred into public model training pools or shared across separate tenant accounts.

We process your information based on contract performance (to deliver your business hub subscription and support), legitimate interests (to maintain security and system integrity), and legal compliance with UK statutory obligations.
