What goes inside a hub: CRM, inbox, booking and follow-up

The pieces that make up a single Agentic Clarity login, and why they belong in the same place.

A hub is not a CRM with extras bolted on. It is one place where the things a business does every day live together: contacts and pipeline, a universal inbox, a diary, the websites and funnels that feed them, and the automations that keep it all moving.

The universal inbox is the centre of it. Email, SMS, web chat, social messages and the phone all arrive as threads against the same contact, so a conversation never has to be pieced back together.

Booking sits next to the inbox, so an appointment is one click from a reply. Pipelines sit next to booking, so a booked call moves a deal along. Follow-up sits next to pipelines, so nothing goes quiet.

AI is the last layer, not the first. Once the hub is in place, Conversation AI, Voice AI and agents switch on inside it, where the context they need already exists.
