Nurture

Keeping every valuation lead warm, automatically

How a Bristol estate agency stopped losing touch with valuation leads who weren't ready to list — with a nurture sequence that runs itself.

An independent estate agency 5 min read

An independent estate agency in Bristol was good at winning valuation appointments — and poor at staying in touch with the sellers who weren't ready to list that week. Most of those leads went quiet, and a good number eventually listed with the agent who happened to call them three months later.

We built a nurture sequence inside the hub. The moment a valuation is booked, the seller enters a series of timed messages: a thank-you, a note on what to expect, a check-in a week later, and a gentle nudge at the point most sellers start making decisions. None of it requires anyone in the office to remember to send it.

The sequence is written in the agency's own voice, and every step can be paused or tweaked. When a seller replies, the thread comes back to a person — the automation holds the line, it doesn't replace the conversation.

The point is not to send more emails. It is to make sure the leads who weren't ready this week are still warm when they are.

What changed for them

  • Valuation leads get a consistent follow-up sequence without anyone remembering to send it
  • The agency stays in touch for the weeks a seller is still deciding
  • When a lead is ready to list, the agent already has the context
